Each person visiting ACU for a home loan has unique circumstances. We strive to work with our members to find the products that best fit their needs. We search for the best rates, lowest down payments, affordable closing costs and fees, and lowest possible private mortgage insurance (PMI). Most importantly, we offer our insight on what products will help our members find the home they want while keeping them financially healthy. We want our members to feel like they have a partner when navigating the home buying process, from pre-qualification all the way through the final closing.

ACU offers a wide variety of home mortgage solutions  tailored to meet the needs of our credit union members.  Traditional fixed and adjustable rate mortgages are available, as well as specialty programs for first-time home buyers (some of which are only availble to credit unions).
